This project provided a modern, high quality business environment – having been converted midway through the project to include a full mezzanine floor and conversion into a data centre – together with goods and personnel lift installations, secure duct routes and additional services. External features include landscaping, external parking, a secure delivery yard and 450 linear metres of high security fencing and gates, complete with external lighting.
After a 52-week stoppage, while presented with a large design change (the introduction of a mezzanine) throughout the whole building, service diversions were carried out over a 17-week period ahead of commencement. There have also been variations to the external cladding; the office space also moved from the East elevation to the North elevation.
