Will Barrett

Managing Director

Will has overall responsibility for Francis Construction, our team and our projects. Will is passionate about always delivering a high level of customer service.

Ben Ramsay

Operations Director

Ben manages the operations of our business including commercial and construction activities.

Kayleigh Dibble

Finance Director

Responsible for managing the finance function of all business entitles and providing strategic input to the board of directors.

Sarah Reddecliffe

Business Support Manager

Sarah manages the business support functions of the office. This includes but is not limited to Director support, HR Management, Management of our accreditation's and our key corporate events.

OUR VISION

Our History

Will Barrett took over from Mark Barrett as Managing Director. Since then Will has ensured the success and growth of the business to what it is today!

To accommodate the growth of the business we moved from our original location in Tilehurst to our current offices in Thatcham, Berkshire.

Mark Barrett took over the helm of Francis Construction from his father and uncle, Mark remains an important presence within the company today as Chairman of the business.

Colin and Rodney Barrett acquired the business, Rodney Barrett was the father to our chairman and grand father to our Managing Director, Will Barrett.

The earliest recorded Invoice was between Francis and another local family business, A.F. Jones Stone Masons who we still work with today.

At the time of the business being set up the company was based in Tilehurst, Berkshire.  At the time Reading was an expanding prosperous town.

Delivering meaningful training opportunities, engaging with the next generation to promote careers within our industry and regularly fundraise for local charities.
