Meet the team

Will has overall responsibility for Francis Construction, our team and our projects. Will is passionate about always delivering a high level of customer service.

Ben manages the operations of our business including commercial and construction activities.

Responsible for managing the finance function of all business entitles and providing strategic input to the board of directors.

Sarah manages the business support functions of the office. This includes but is not limited to Director support, HR Management, Management of our accreditation's and our key corporate events.

As an office manager, Nicole's responsibilities include a variety of tasks that support the day-to-day operations of our office.

Lesley provides finance and administrative support, working within a dynamic developing team involved in a range of exciting projects.

Lianne works with our finance team and is responsible for raising invoices, CIS returns, bank reconciliations and month end process and reporting.

Roy is responsible for the management of our supply chain alongside the buying of our materials, products and services.

David has extensive industry experience and provides design management across a broad range of projects and sectors.

Rob uses organised and methodical approach to work and brings his expertise of working through the design development of awarded contract works.

Philip coordinates and oversees the design process on variety of projects. He liaises with clients and internal teams, ensuring design quality and adherance to timeframes.

Steve is responsible for our preconstruction activities across the business.

In her role, Stacie is in charge of evaluating the scope of a project and compiling accurate cost estimates.

Rachel provides administrative support for our preconstruction and marketing activities.

Ashton manages all aspects relating to Health & Safety and the highest quality standards.

Kenny is an experienced Managing Surveyor working on a variety of schemes and is currently mentoring our Apprentice Quantity Surveyor.

Gregory is responsible for the surveying, monitoring of progress, cost control and expenditure for our schemes.

With more than 20 years’ industry experience, Shane is a knowledgeable and personable surveyor, and has worked on a variety of schemes across different sectors.

Ian is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and has worked on a wide range of projects for a variety of clients.

Ahmed is a knowledgeable and diligent Quantity Surveyor with experience in a number of sectors working for both public and private clients.

Reece is a motivated, enthusiastic assistant surveyor and is working on a number of projects for public sector and private clients.

Finlay is currently undertaking his apprentice qualification in Quantity surveying and has a bright career in construction ahead of him.

Nick is an experienced Construction Manager with strong technical knowledge. He ensures that all of our projects run smoothly, regularly working with all of our teams to ensure we are delivering to the programme.

Marcus is experienced with delivering complex schemes. He is focused on ensuring his projects achieve completion safely whilst exceeding client expectations.

Paul is a thorough and detailed Contracts Manager managing each of his projects from inception to completion. Leading his teams on a range of complex projects with tight constraints.

Neil is an experienced Project Manager, working on a number of complex projects across a range of sectors.

Stuart is a thorough, detailed and highly knowledgeable Project Manager, with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry managing a diverse range of trades.

Trevor is an experienced construction project manager responsible for overseeing our construction projects from initiation to close, utilising solid knowledge of project management methodology.

Nigel ensures that we provide a high quality aftercare experience and efficiently handles any defects on our projects.

Darren is an effective and motivating leader on the projects he manages, ensuring all of his teams deliver whilst working safely.

Mitch has a wealth of experience in working on complex schemes, ensuring high standards of quality are met and exceeded.

Tony is an experienced manager who is focused on quality whilst ensuring all individuals on site are undertaking works safely.

As a site manager Peter is responsible for the overall site. Ensuring we achieve key project milestones, deliver a quality building and maintain a safe site at all times.

Kulwant is responsible for the management of our project sites. He has experience with delivering schemes with tight site logistics and provides a high level of service for our clients.

Michael is a trusted Senior Site Manager who has extensive experience across a varied range of projects. His knowledge allows him to carefully plan and manage site logistics effectively whilst ensuring we meet our programme milestones.

Darren utilises his excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth running of his projects. His experience across a variety of schemes allows him to deliver high quality projects for our clients.

Andrew is an experienced and trusted Site Manager. He has worked across a number of complex projects and ensures his team exceeds client's expectations.

Harrison is responsible for the overall site, planning and managing site logistics effectively whilst ensuring we deliver a quality building and maintain a safe site at all times.

Morgan supports the Site Manager to ensure that all works on site are running to programme, are meeting our quality standards and are being delivered safely.

Daniel has extensive carpentry experience and supports our construction projects. He ensures all of our carpentry on site is completed to a high standard.

Liam is part of our direct labour team working as the site carpenter. Liam works on a variety of projects ensuring that the carpentry elements are completed to the highest quality.

Rob works with our direct labour team building, adjusting and repairing wood frameworks in various construction projects.

Stephen has joined our team to undertake his apprenticeship and gain on-the-job experience on our sites.

Justin supports our construction teams with bricklaying duties which include laying bricks, measuring out areas and repairing existing structures.

Matthew works across our projects as part of our direct labour team. This includes laying bricks, measuring out areas and repairing existing structures.

Darrell is responsible for performing various tasks across our project sites and supporting our construction teams.

Dougie supports our construction teams and performs various tasks across our projects.

Mike is our Joinery Manager and is responsible for the overall management of our joinery workshop, ensuring a high level of customer service and quality of product is provided at all times.

As Joinery Foreman, Adam ensures the smooth running of our joinery projects. He works closely with our joinery team to ensure all projects are completed on time and to our quality standards.

Based in our workshop, Lukasz prepares broad range of high-quality products, such as doors, staircases and windows, as part of our joinery team.

As a fully qualified and experienced Bench Joiner, Steve works as part of our joinery team delivering high quality bespoke joinery to a broad range of clients.

As a bench joiner Haydn works on and delivers a variety of high-quality projects as part of our joinery team.

Following his apprenticeship in Carpentry and gaining on-the-job experience with us on-site, Harry progressed to become a bench joiner and is working as part of the team.

Darren works with our joinery team delivering high quality bespoke joinery to a broad range of clients.

Logan has joined our team to undertake his apprenticeship and gain on-the-job experience.

Josh is an apprentice with our team of woodworkers and he is working towards his chosen career with confidence.
