The completed developments at Elizabeth Road (pictured, below) and Barratt Crescent (above) have been constructed on Council-owned land, where under-used derelict garages were demolished to make way for two 3-bedroom houses at Elizabeth Road and two, 2-bedroom maisonettes at Barrett Crescent (in the centre of Wokingham), all for shared ownership.
The affordable housing scheme at Anson Walk, Shinfield sits on what was previously poorly used amenity land, and consists of four, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with large open plan living / kitchen areas and communal gardens.
We have also delivered new homes at Grovelands Avenue, Winnersh, providing six 2-bed semi-detached chalet-style houses for affordable rent – built on disused Council land – together with parking and a new access road. The homes include energy efficient heating systems and good size gardens to the rear.
