We were selected as One to Watch from this year’s Thames Valley 250 Ranking. We owe this recognition to our ability to demonstrate that we are well set up to continue thriving over the next financial year, thereby having a hugely positive impact on the Thames Valley community.

The judges were impressed with our ‘high staff retention levels, the very apparent focus on the staff and teams, and how staff across the company were engaged, rewarded and valued.’

Judges said, ‘the conversation with the winner of this award left us wanting to jump in a time capsule and race forward in time to see whether all the plans for the company had come to fruition.’

Other areas we were recognise for were  ‘giving money back to clients if work came in under budget, a drive towards diversity, both in terms of gender and age, focusing on the outcome of a project and why it was being built, and a goal not to be successful at the cost of the community and the planet.’
