We were appointed by our client, Humphrey Farms, to deliver a new office block to facilitate the growth of an existing tenant.
Redevelopment works started with a demolition of existing industrial and commercial units, which had a poor standard of thermal efficiency. Site surveys were followed by a large asbestos removal exercise.
The works comprised the design and construction of a new two storeys and part lower ground floor office building of approx. 630m2 GIA complete with associated external hard and soft landscaping. The building is a steel frame commercial building, featuring concrete plank floor, timber cladding and render.
All works were delivered within a busy live environment in the middle of an industrial estate.
