The scheme at Fortuna lodge, for a private client on the Wentworth Estate (near Virginia Water, Surrey), comprised the design and construction of the structure and external elevations to this prestigious single dwelling, and included new drainage and service connections.
The works on this ultra contemporary residence included large modus glazing, brickwork, cedar cladding and specialist render finishes to the external walls – in addition to roof construction, waterproof finishes and aluminium windows and doors, all wrapped in a high performing thermal envelope.
Internally, the residence was completed with high end finishes, utlising specialist materials and suppliers, some of which had to be individually sourced and imported.
