Following the enabling works on the Slough Trading Estate during which we prepared the site for a new commercial sector project, we have been appointed by SEGRO to deliver the main project at 136 Edinburgh Avenue.

We will deliver nine industrial units with ancillary offices and toilet accommodation to Cat A standard, together with associated external works, drainage and services in continuous phases of work.

As always, we are committed to achieving the highest possible standards of operational excellence at every stage of the project and will working in a BIM environment.

To meet the sustainability requirements, Life Cycle Assessments will be undertaken early in our design process to identify carbon saving opportunities. Other features include maximisation of the PVs installations, an A+ EPC rating, delivering EV charging points and implementing wellness, community, employment and biodiversity elements.
