The retrofit scheme achieved a award certificate within the small projects category at the awards.

The awards recognise a broad range of projects across Oxford. From historical and heritage projects conserving the best of Oxford’s past to new developments which contribute to the bright future ahead of the city.
A number of really exciting projects were nominated across different categories. The ceremony was attended by an array of local developers, contractors and consultants.
We were delighted to attend and support our project 3500 Oxford Business Park. This fantastic scheme was the retrofit of the existing office building to provide high specification office and laboratory space ready for the tenant working in life sciences. The project was undertaken for our client ARC who deliver high quality research and development facilities across the region and beyond.
