Francis Construction is delighted to announce that the SMART Centre has been shortlisted in two categories at the Constructing Excellence London & South East Awards 2026: Building Project of the Year and Regeneration & Conservation.

This recognition celebrates the dedication, expertise and collaborative approach that helped bring the project to life. The achievement reflects the strength of the partnership between Francis Construction, the client team and all project stakeholders, whose shared vision and commitment delivered an outstanding result.

Being shortlisted across two categories is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work, collaboration and passion shown by everyone involved throughout the project journey.
