This scheme, for commercial property developer ARC Group, consists of the partial demolition of an existing building space followed by the complete high specification modernisation and comprehensive refurbishment throughout.
With a GIFA of 1,882m² set over two floors, the refurbished building provides a contemporary workspace for a variety of uses, including laboratory facilities.
Works included a new lift installation, M&E, extensive façade improvements and the replacement of the roof.
Internally, the bespoke fitted reception was supplied and installed by Francis Joinery. The scheme includes groundworks, associated drainage, parking with 85 car parking spaces (with electric vehicle charging), and landscaping.
This project achieved an award certificate within the small projects category at the Oxford Preservation Trust Awards in 2022.
