Building 4100 is a detached office building totalling 8,117 sq ft. Following a comprehensive refurbishment, it provides fitted CL2 laboratory and office accommodation.
We were appointed to provide design and the external envelope works including a new roof, overclad façade and associated hard and soft landscaping.
A new canopy was constructed at the entrance, and we made improvements to fenestration to provide delivery access. The whole building gained a new look following installation of new cladding, complete with landscaping work.
Our sister company delivered re-roofing of building, which involved installation of photovoltaic panels.
Outside looks neat following erection of bin store, bicycle shelter and plant enclosures, whilst new parking spaces benefitted from installation of electric vehicle charging points.
