We have recently completed the phased refurbishment works to The Miller Building at The University of Reading's Whiteknights campus, providing reconfigured office space, student study resource space, a lift lobby and lecture room. Works included M&E, new partition walls, redecoration, and flooring.
Works at Unit 3 are progressing well, with the roof now installed at our latest scheme for SEGRO in Bracknell. The roof sheet rolling process was completed in one day - saving time, reducing leaks and providing cover over 3023sq.m of warehouse space and offices!
The new main hall at Loddon Primary School in Earley has reached practical completion and was recently handed over - ahead of programme - to the delight of pupils and staff at the school. With Phase 2 now complete, the final phase is underway, and is scheduled to finish in November 2018. Refurbishments to the Reading University Students' Union 3sixty nightclub finished in time for the arrival of students to the campus for Freshers' Week. The works included new AV and lighting, the installation of a new suspended ceiling, bar fit out, new flooring and extensive M&E, plumbing and carpentry.
