Francis Construction is a family owned construction business undertaking a wide range of construction work along the M5 corridor from Swindon to West London and from Aylesbury to Southampton.

Current projects range in value from several thousand up to four and a half million pounds and covers all sectors of the industry - housing, education, restoration, leisure, health, commercial and retail. We have an in house Joinery Division and a nucleus of directly employed craftsmen which give us direct control of quality, especially when undertaking refurbishment projects, as well as a team of selected specialist subcontractors.

The company was founded in the early 1900's and operated from its base in Tilehurst just outside Reading until 2002 when it outgrew those premises and moved to modern offices and a new joinery works just outside Thatcham.

The company believes in a pro-active team approach, working with our clients to ensure they get value, high quality, completion on time and to budget.

In 2009 we were proud that one of our Site Managers received the CIOB Thames Valley Site Manager of the Year Award, repeating a similar success in 2007.
