A purpose designed Sports Pavilion as an extension to existing facilities to provide upgraded changing and showering areas, with club seating areas and multi-sports zones. The building was constructed on a raised steel and concrete platform to bring it above river flood plane levels. Construction featured brick cavity walling, exposed white epoxy coated steelwork and areas of bespoke glass cladding and roof lights.

A feature was made in the formation of raised verandas to view the sports pitches and activity areas. This modern building within the College conservation area sits perfectly with the older buildings around it.
