Brownlow Hall was a traditional village hall on the outskirts of Bracknell where the provided accommodation no longer suited the various community groups using it.

Francis Construction undertook the complete refurbishment of the building, adding a new extension and transforming the outside of the building, incorporating new high performance aluminium doors and windows which allowed more natural light into the space.

New kitchen and welfare facilities were added, together with a first floor office administration area.

Externally the car park was redesigned with improved drainage and the provision of ramps for easy disabled access.

The result is a totally refurbished building, end-user specific and fully used by the local community.
