A very modern and efficient building that had to be constructed within a constrained programme to cause minimum disruption to the school. Extensive Value Engineering took place to bring the project back within budget and to increase buildibilty to allow a quick construction. The site required detailed communication, liaison and planning to ensure separation between the school and the construction project for which we were commended. The project was delivered on programme, with the addition of extensive adjacent kitchen works, to a very happy Headmistress and Client. This was a West Berkshire Council Framework project delivered during the Summer holidays of 2011.
