A new build two story, steel framed extension of 1020 m2 to form a new conference centre for Masterfoods, Slough. Alterations and refurbishment to the existing 2050 m2 buildings consisting of up-grading M & E services, with refit of office areas, including ceilings, partitions and access floors. Office areas now include new quality toilet modules and high security staff check-in systems.

External elevations are clad in buff facing bricks with brown brick band courses, a feature of the building is the outboard steel columns which provide interest to the long elevations. Roofing is by insulated coated panels which had to be carefully connected to the existing building. The M&E systems were designed to comply with the latest energy saving and sustainability measures, utilising surplus energy recovered from adjacent factory.

External areas are finished to provide landscaping, access roads, paving and paths.
